On higher mileage engines, the head of the engine will start to leak oil from the seals. If you're changing out your old leaky VVT-i Cam Gear O-Ring, then chances are pretty good that your camshaft oil seals are leaking as well. You should take this chance to chage the cam seals while you're at it. It does not take much longer to change the cam seals when you have all of it torn apart.
